| Abstract: | The basic theory and procedures of the spectral-based fatigue analysis of semi-submerged platform structures were dissertated and the fatigue assessment flowchart was given with SESAM software. Based on the solution scheme, the fatigue assessment of semi-submerged platform structure was conducted at the connection of cross pontoon and cone. |
