舰船安全性设计技术

摘    要:基于安全性概念,介绍国内外安全性技术的发展,分析了安全性技术和可靠性技术的关系。结合舰船装备研制特点,探讨舰船型号产品安全性分析工作流程、对转承制方安全性工作的监督与控制、安全性大纲的编制要点以及系统危险源分析方法、危险分析表格填写、安全性设计控制措施。并提出常用的主要危险控制措施,包括内在安全设计、故障最小化设计、安全系数法设计、减少和遏制伤害设计、逃逸与救生设计等。

Abstract:The relationship of the technologies that applied for the purpose of safety and reliability based design is analyzed. Safety requirements have been employed in the ship design. Safety management technologies are focused in consideration of the characteristics of ship equipment development in this study, among them the workflow of product safety analysis, the supervision and control over the safety works of subcontractors, the kernel of developing safety guidelines, hazard source analysis, as well as the tables of hazard analysis and control for safety based design, etc, are discussed. Hazards control steps commonly used are then presented.
