热喷铝对船体钢焊接接头疲劳性能影响试验研究

摘    要:通过对390MPa级船体钢焊接接头热喷铝与不喷铝疲劳对比试验,结果表明:在相同疲劳交变应力条件下,热喷铝焊接接头疲劳寿命大于不喷铝焊接接头的疲劳寿命。

Abstract:This paper introduces the hot-spraying aluminum technology which can improve the properties of welding joints.From the comparative fatigue tests between the weld joint which is hot-sprayed with aluminum and the weld joint which is not sprayed of 390MPa grade steel for ship hull,it can be seen that the fatigue strength and fatigue life of the weld joint sprayed with aluminum is much superior to the one not sprayed.
