| Abstract: | Characteristics and advantages of light rail transit system are analyzed in this paper.From the aspects of building a low-carbon city,establishing the multi-level transportation system,fostering new strategic industries and so on,application requirements and prospects of light rail transit system in China are described.Proposals are put forward in terms of policy supporting,innovation in key technologies,system innovation and industry promotion,in order to provide guidance for healthy development of light rail transit system in China. |
