气缸盖冷却水腔的CFD分析和优化

摘    要:利用CFD程序对某气缸盖冷却水腔进行了多方案分析,对比了缸盖各“鼻梁区”平均流速、冷却水流动阻力损失等数据.计算结果表明:调整缸盖水平冷却水孔方向可以在一定程度上调节“鼻梁区”各区域流速,从而改善缸盖关键区域水流速度的不均匀性;将缸盖入水孔位置从缸盖两侧分别调整到进排气侧,可以明显改善缸盖“鼻梁区”冷却水流动状态,但需...

Abstract:Different schemes of cooling water jacket for a cylinder head were analyzed with CFD software.The average water velocity in the valve reinforcing ribs of water hole and the pressure loss were compared.The result shows the change of horizontal water hole direction can regulate the water velocity in the area of valve reinforcing ribs to a certain extent so that the nonuniformity of water velocity in the key areas of cylinder head is improved.Although the fluidity of cooling water in the area of valve reinforcing ribs is significantly improved by adjusting the water port from cylinder head side to intake or exhaust side,the locations of some parts need to be rearranged.The flow resistances of different schemes are similar and the pressure loss is not high either.
