| 摘 要： | 改造了大型建设项目全寿命周期的四阶段划分法,探讨了基于全寿命周期的集成风险管理子系统及系统模型的集成设计思路,提出了基于全寿命周期的大型建设项目集成风险管理模型(LC IRM),并对LC IRM模型的应用载体E-PM C作了探讨。

| Abstract: | It is suggested in this article that the life cycle of the construction project should be divided into four phases with new definitions.Some new integrated methods,thoughts for the model of the LC-based integrated risk management subsystems and system are discussed.This moded named as LCIRM is put forward,which not only extends theories of risk management and project management,but also can be applied in construction project in China. |
