| Abstract: | Introduced are effective strategies for derailment prevention, with em phasizing on the causal analysis for the derailment and the significant help for the derailment investigation. The practices for the derailment prevention has shown that early detection of derailment is the key, and a systematic, corporate approach, as well as a specific person or team assigned with accountability, is essential to successful derailment cause-finding and corrective action. |
