HEV功率级硬件在环测试系统开发及试验研究

摘    要:针对一款新型混合动力电动汽车 (Hybrid Electric Vehicle,HEV),结合其动力传动系统的工作原理,设计了考虑实物电磁阀的功率级硬件在环测试系统的总体方案,开发了功率级硬件在环测试系统的硬件系统和软件系统。硬件方面,重点开发了比例电磁阀的电流检测模块。软件方面,基于Matlab/Simulink和ECUCoder软件研究了快速原型控制器中比例电磁阀驱动信号和模拟信号的底层接口软件。利用两种典型动态协调控制策略对所开发的功率级硬件在环系统的测试功能进行了验证。

Development and Experimental Study of HEV Power-Hardwarein-the-Loop Test System

Abstract:For a novel Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV), based on the working principles of its powertrain, this paper designs an overall scheme of the power-hardware-in-the-loop test system considering the proportional solenoid valve. Both hardware and software components of the system are developed. The current detection module of the proportional solenoid valve was built. The underlying interface software for the proportional solenoid valve driving signal and the analog signal in the rapid prototyping controller is studied by using the Matlab/Simulink and ECUCoder software. Finally two typical dynamic coordinated control strategies are performed to verify the functionality of the developed power-hardware-in-the-loop system.
