补硒对低硒大鼠血小板血栓素A_2聚集性和5-羟色胺释放的影响

摘    要:用克山病病区低硒粮饲料喂养大鼠14周,观察补硒(亚硒酸钠或硒酵母)对血小板血栓素A2(TXA2)生成、聚集性和5-羟色胺(5-HT)释放的影响。结果表明:①补充两种硒制剂均可增加低硒大鼠血浆硒水平和血小板谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,降低血浆TXA2含量、ADP诱导的血小板TXA2生成、聚集性和5-HT释放率;②补硒对低硒大鼠血浆前列环素和血小板5-HT含量无明显影响。研究说明,补硒可降低病区低硒粮喂养大鼠血小板的活化状态。

Abstract:Rats were fed on selnium-deficient diets composed of grains from a Keshan disease endemic area for 14 weeks to investigate the effects of selenium supplementations (as selenium-yeast or sodium selenite)on platelet thromboxane formation, aggregation and 5-hydroxytrptamine (5-HT)release reaction.The results demonstrated that both the selenium supplements significantly enhanced the plasma selenium content and platelet glutathione peroxidase activity, and reduced the plasma thromboxane A2 level, platelet thromboxane A2 formation,aggregation and 5-HT release reaction stimulated by ADP of the selenium-deficient rats; and both the selenium supplementations had no significant influence on plasma prostacyclin and platelet 5-HT contents of the selenium-deficient rats. The investigation indicates that selenium supplementation can depress the activated status of platelets in rats fed on selenium-deficient grains from the endemic area.
