| 摘 要： | 培养什么人和怎样培养人,是关乎教育事业发展的根本问题。人才培养模式是高等教育的基本问题,也是影响人才培养质量的重要因素。因此,高校人才培养模式的改革,就是高校教育教学改革的关键。本文在对高校人才培养模式改革机理和我国高校目前正在探索的几种人才培养模式探析的基础上,提出了高校人才培养模式改革的基本趋势——人文教育与科学教育相融合,对于提高高校人才培养质量具有重要理论价值和现实意义。

| Abstract: | What kind of person to train and how to train a person are the fundamental issues of education development. The personnel training model is the basic problem of higher education and also the important factor to affect the quality of personnel training. Therefore, the personnel training pattern reform is the key to the teaching reform in higher education. In this paper, the author proposed it should integrate humanities education and science education in the tendency of training pattern reform,based on exploring the mechanism and the analysis of training models in colleges and universities of China. It has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the quality of personnel training of colleges and universities. |
