Fostering Foreign Language Communicative Competence and Principles

This paper,from the historical experience of development of linguistics,expounds fostering commutative competence and establishes far-reaching meaning in foreign language based on the importance of this theory.It analysis the affection of native levels to foreign language communication ability and proposes effective approaches for foreign language communication competence.Meanwhile,it also analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the current implementation of the communicative teaching approaches.The important principles for training effective communication channel must be followed.
