摘    要:通过对纤维沥青混合料的水稳定性试验、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和疲劳性能试验全面研究纤维沥青混合料的性能。结果发现:纤维和沥青的粘附性很好,掺纤维后沥青混合料水稳定性也得到了提高,但应注意控制混合料的空隙率;纤维使混合料高温稳定性增强,动稳定度明显提高;建议在车辙试验采用动稳定度为指标时,剔除部分虚假试验结果,正确评价混合料高温稳定性。同时,验证了纤维对混合料低温抗裂性和疲劳寿命都有提高作用,而且聚合物纤维对混合料各方面性能改善作用都较明显,木质素纤维对混合料水稳性改善明显。

Abstract:The performance of fiber asphalt mixture was studied through a series of capability test,such as water stability test,high stability test,low temperature crack resistance test and fatigue stability test.In the water stability test,result shows that fiber has good adhesive property with asphalt,and fiber asphalt mixture has good water stability in the condition of proper mixture interspaces.The result of rut test of mixture shows that fiber asphalt mixture's high temperature ability is much better than common asphalt mixture.It is proposed that the index of time cumulation of wheel tracking deformation should be considered as the index of dynamic stability when estimating high temperature stability.The tests also prove that,fiber can improve mixture's low temperature and fatigue ability,polymer fiber has very good ability to improve asphalt mixture performance,and cellulose fiber could improve low-temperature and water stability very much when it is used suitably.
