| 摘 要： | 针对货运安全面临的新形势,分析了货物自身特点、货运技术、人员、运输设备、运输环境及安全管理等因素对铁路货运安全的影响,结合实际提出在理论研究和实践两方面进行攻关,推广采用先进技术,加强管理,不断创新,以提高货运安全管理水平。

| Abstract: | Targeting the new situation of freight transportation safety,the paper analyzes the effect of some factors on railway freight transport safety,such as goods features,technology of freight transportation,personnel,transport equipment,transport environment and safety management.Combining with the actual situation,the paper puts forward that the key problems on concept research and practice should be tackled,advanced technologies should be applied and technical level of equipment should be increased,as to strengthen management and innovation,and increase management level of freight transport safety. |
