| 摘 要： | 阐述目前国内CBD的停车现状及各种停车问题,并分析其原因,提出建立完善的CBD停车信息管理系统是解决CBD停车问题的重要途径。以国内外研究成果为背景,将CBD停车信息管理系统分为行前引导系统、行驶中引导系统、终端引导系统和支付系统4个子系统,探讨各个子系统的设置方法。最后,以重庆市南坪CBD为例,进行停车信息管理系统规划。

| Abstract: | Firstly, the present parking situation of the domestic CBD was expounded and all kinds of parking problems were pointed out in the paper, basing on the actuality. An idea that building perfect parking information management system in CBD is an important way to solve the parking problems was put for- ward, by analyzing the problems in parking. Then, the CBD parking information management system is divided into four subsystems： before-trips guidance system, in-trips guidance system, terminal guidance system and payment system. The settings of each subsystem were discussesed in the paper. Finally, Nanping CBD in Chongqing was selected to plan a set of CBD parking information management system. |
