| 摘 要： | 文章对修船企业现场管理普遍存在的主要问题进行了分析,并结合4801工厂成功的经验,归纳了修船企业开展现场管理星级评价活动的具体方法,提出了开展现场管理星级评价活动,是中国修船企业贯彻落实国务院《船舶工业加快结构调整促进转型升级实施方案(2013-2015年)》,加快转型升级,提高品牌形象和竞争力,促进可持续发展,走向中国特色卓越之路的有效途径。

| Abstract: | This article analyzed the primary existing issue for field management in ship - repairing enterprise,combined with the successful experience of 4801 shipyard, concluded the specific ways to carry out me star evalua- tion activity for field m~/nagement in ship - repairing enterprise, proposed that the star evaluation activity for field management to be carried out, which for ship - repairing enterprise in China to implement the State Council＇s Imple- mentation Plans on Accelerating Structural Adjustment and Promoting Transformation and Upgrading of the Ship- building Industry （2013 -2015 ）, to speed up transformation and upgrading, to enhance brand figure and competi- tive force, to promote continuing development, to go forward the effective road with excellence Chinese characteristics. |
