| Abstract: | Based on the phenomenon that the tightened rope will be loosened with the force of the rope tension when the direction valve of the hydraulic mooring winch is on the neutral position,this paper analyzes the principle,the structure and the mechanics state of the mooring winch counter balance valve,and puts forward the repairing method. |
