| 摘 要： | 为了改变船舶落后的传统维修理念,完善并优化设备的维修大纲和维护计划,引入故障诊断与健康管理(PHM)技术,建立了基于PHM的船舶维修大纲的优化系统,并介绍了系统的体系结构、工作平台和优化流程。以某航道单位挖泥船为对象进行实例分析,剖析其全寿命周期维修性变化趋势,通过维修大纲的优化提高了船舶设备的可靠性和维修性。

| Abstract: | In order to change the current disadvantages of traditional ship maintenance concept,prognostics and health management（ PHM） are introduced to improve equipment maintenance program and repair plan. An example of the dredger power system of the waterway bureau is taken into account to establish the PHM optimized system of life cycle ship maintenance program,which includes the system architecture,work platforms and optimization processes. Through the maintenance optimization based on PHM,the ship maintainability and operation reliability are increased greatly. |
