预应力粘钢加固试验研究

摘    要:结合体外预应力加固和粘钢加固的优点,提出了一种新的加固普通钢筋混凝土桥梁的方法———预应力粘钢加固法。通过试验,探讨了预应力粘钢加固的施工工艺流程,证明了预应力粘钢加固法是可行的,能显著提高普通钢筋混凝土梁正常使用阶段的刚度和承载能力。在此基础上,给出了预应力粘钢加固应用于实桥时的注意事项。

Abstract:Combing the advantages of the methods of strengthening reinforced concrete bridges with external prestressing and (steel-plate) gluing, a new method of strengthening is put forward--"prestressed (steel-plate) gluing". The process of construction is investigated by experiments. The results of experiments prove that the new method of strengthening is feasible and it can notably improve the rigidity and bearing capacity of a reinforced concrete bridge in the normal use stage. Finally, points of attention are given as to applying this new method of strengthening to a real bridge.
