| 摘 要： | 对工程设计中推求设计洪峰流量的计算提出一种新的探求方法，运用数值分析原理，采用计算机对历史流量资料进行回归分析研究，探求采用多项式拟合历史流量资料，进而得出符合一定精度要求的洪峰流量—频率经验公式，并对经验公式进行精度检验。

| Abstract: | This paper explores a new method for determining the design flood discharge for engineering purposes. With numerical principles, regression analyses of historical flood discharge data were analyzed using polynomial curve fitting. An empirical formula for the relationship between frequency and flood discharge was established and tested for precision. |
