车载式绿篱修剪机的设计与仿真

摘    要:利用三维建模软件Pro/E对车载式绿篱修剪机进行了总体设计,建立了绿篱修剪机的实体模型。分别利用仿真软件ADAMS和ANSYS对绿篱修剪机的工作装置进行运动学和动力学仿真,得到了其作业范围等运动学参数以及刀盘结构的振动特性,为车载式绿篱修剪机整机设计的合理性提供了依据。

Abstract:The overall design of vehicular hedge trimmer is conducted with the 3D modelling software Pro/E, and the model for hedge trimmer is established. The kinematics and dynamics simulations of working device of hedge trimmer are carried out with ADAMS and ANSYS. The kinematics parameters such as working range are obtained as well as the vibratory characteristics of cutterhead, which provides basis for reasonable design of vehicular hedge trimmer.
