| Abstract: | The fundamental principles of the forced steering bogies are expounded.A simple and easy scheme for the forced steering bogie on meter gauge passenger cars is put forward.The effect of the design of the steering mechanism on movement stability and curve negotiation perf ormance is analyzed by setting up a non linear dynamics model for such bogie. |
