摘    要:对自行开发的新型内混式气液雾化喷嘴的雾化性能进行了研究。首先选择适合评价燃烧系统喷嘴雾化性能的平均直径作为评价指标,然后利用设计安装的喷嘴试验装置进行试验,分析了不同工作参数对索特平均直径的影响规律。结果表明:随着气体进口速度、气液质量流量比、气液体积流量比及气液相对速度的增加,喷嘴的雾化性能提高,而液体进口速度的增大则降低了喷嘴的雾化性能;随着气液流量比增大,雾化液滴直径变小,达到某一定值时,雾化效果变化不明显。

Abstract:A new type internal mixing gas-liquid atomizing nozzle was developed and the atomization performance of the nozzle was studied with Sauter mean diameter(SMD) as evaluating indicator.The effects of different working parameters on SMD were analyzed through experimental investigation using the locally designed experimental apparatus.The results indicate that atomization performance have a positive relation with inlet gas velocity,gas-liquid mass flow ratio,gas-liquid volume ratio and gas-liquid relative velocity,but a negative relation with inlet liquid velocity.It is also found that the diameter of atomized drop becomes small with the increase of gas-liquid flow ratio and has little variation when the gas-liquid flow ratio exceeds a certain value.
