| 摘 要： | 简要回顾铁路货物装载安全创新发展历程及取得的成果,分析了存在的问题和面临的机遇与挑战,从完善装载安全理论体系和规章标准体系、加快货物装载加固材料（装置）创新步伐、深化货运安全保障体系建设、加快科技成果转化和应用工作、开展铁路货运安全相关技术研究、探索改革货运安全设备和信息系统维护保障机制、加强队伍建设和强化货物装载安全基础建设方面提出了创新发展建议。
