端承灌注桩完整性及承载力研究

摘    要:武广客运专线路基段采用CFG桩,路基与桥梁过渡段采用路基灌注桩,桥梁段采用桥梁灌注桩。采用桩端反射波曲线特征分析法判定桩身混凝土施工质量;采用单桩静载试验,其CFG桩单桩承载力大于600 kN、路基灌注桩和桥梁灌注桩单桩承载力均大于2 000 kN,满足设计要求。

Abstract:On Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger dedicated line,cement-flyash-gravel piles are used in the subgrade section,subgrade cast-in-place piles are used in transitional section between the subgrade and bridges,and bridge cast-in-place piles are used in the bridge section.Feature analysis method of pile end reflective wave curves is adopted to judge the construction quality of pile body concrete;The single-pile static load test is adopted to prove that the single pile bearing capacity of CFG piles is bigger than 600 kN,and the single pile bearing capacities of subgrade cast-in-place piles and bridge cast-in-place piles are over 2 000 kN,which meet the design requirements.
