贵广铁路北江特大桥大直径超长钻孔桩施工技术

摘    要:北江特大桥长11 533.06 m,主墩钻孔桩基础施工为北江特大桥控制工期的关键技术。针对243号、244号主墩,根据其结构设计特点、水深、地质条件等,综合考虑施工安全、进度、成本等因素,提出了各墩的施工工序。着重介绍了钻孔平台及钢护筒施工、成孔工艺、钢筋笼加工及安装、水下混凝土灌筑等工序,为以后铁路特大桥钻孔桩的施工技术提供了经验。

Abstract:The length of Beijiang super major bridge is 11533.06m.The key technology to control the construction period of Beijiang Bridge is the main pier bored pile foundation construction.The paper,according to 243#、244# main pier’s features of structural design,water depth,geological conditions,etc,considering factors of construction safety,schedule and cost,arranges the construction process.The study mainly introduces drilling platform,steel casing construction,drilling construction,processing and installation of steel cage,underwater concrete pouring and etc.It could also provide reference and experience for the bored piles construction technology of railway super major bridge.
