| 摘 要： | 为适应公路交通建设发展的需要，合理确定和有效控制工程造价，提高公路建设项目工程造价的编制质量，在尽快熟悉并掌握公路工程定额和公路工程预算编制办法的同时，深入现场收集相关资料，并运用于实际工作中，本着以实用、简练为主要原则，为专业技术人员在工作中能合理有效地编制公路工程预算，提供帮助。
