| 摘 要： | 应用ComGIS与WebGIS技术解决实现人工绘制调度图到计算机辅助作图,邮递发送到计算机网络发布的问题。利用组件式方法,成功开发出系统中的"数据加工模块"和"网络发布模块",并将二者有机结合到一个整体的系统框架内,使之具有较好的扩展性;制定出铁路调度图纸信息到矢量GIS数据之间转换的规范并得以功能上的实现;通过研究调度信息中变化与不变信息的分布规律,在系统中采用"模板化"方法对图元信息进行高效管理。并可采用两种B/S结构,通过用户注册和权限控制实现矢量信息安全快捷的网上发布。

| Abstract: | The application of Com GIS and Web GIS technologies to the transformation from manually (mapping) the dispatching diagram to computer aided mapping, from postal delivery to computer Internet release is (successful.) With the modular design, we have successfully developed in the system the "the data process (module") and the "Publication Via Web module", and integrated the two parts into an organic systematic (scenario,) making it more expandable. We have set down the criterion for the conversion between the railway dispatching diagram information and the vector graphs in GIS and realized highly efficient management of the mapping factors with the modular design. Two kinds of Browser/Server network structure can be used to release information on the Internet safely and rapidly on the basis of customer registration and controlled authorization. |
