通过对乘用车改装状况调查,了解目前北京市场改装车的主要特征,分析了非法改装车辆的安全隐患,进一步理解中华人民共和国道路交通安全法第十六条规定:“任何单位和个人不得有下列行为(一)拼装机动车或者擅自改变机动车已经登记的结构、构造和特征”的涵义。结合交通管理部门职责,探讨相关管理对策,认清非法改装车辆的社会危害性,引导汽车文化市场向安全、合法方向发展。
