基于有限元法的天然气管道隧道清管冲击分析

摘    要:川气东送管线隧道段众多,过大的冲击载荷将会破坏隧道固定墩的固定作用。为了研究清管器在隧道段中对管道的冲击和其运动规律,结合流体动力学理论,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了清管器在管道中的冲击模型,模拟分析了清管作业过程中清管器速度与管道输送压力对管道应力与加速度等参数的影响及变化规律。分析结果表明:管道输送压力对管道应力的影响最大,清管器速度、清管器种类对隧道段管道的应力也有影响。

Abstract:The Sichuan-to-east gas pipeline tunnel section is numerous, excessive impact load will damage the tunnel anchor fixation. In order to research the impact on the pipe in the tunnel section and its motion law, combining the theory of fluid dynamics, finite element analysis software ABAQUS was adopted to establish the model of the pig in the pipeline. The simulation analyzed the effects and change rule of the pipe stress and parameters such as acceleration caused by pig speed and pipe pressure during the pigging operation. The analysis results show that the pipeline pressure has the greatest effect for piping stress ; the pig speed and pig species for tunnel section also have an effect on the stress of the pipe.
