悬臂施工预应力混凝土梁桥成桥预拱度设置方法研究

摘    要:对悬臂施工预应力混凝土梁桥预拱度设置方法和影响因素进行研究的基础上,结合桥梁结构的有限元模拟分析以及已有大跨径混凝土梁桥长期变形规律的统计结果,提出一种以桥梁结构长期变形曲线为基础的成桥预拱度设置方法。通过工程算例,将其与已有的计算方法进行比较分析。该计算方法具有概念清晰,符合桥梁结构变形实际的特点,且具有不受桥型结构限制的特点,可为桥梁结构的设计和施工监控提供参考。

Abstract:Base on the research on the influence factors and setting method of the pre-camber for pre-stressed concrete bridges with eantilevering construction, according to the finite element model and the long term deformation statistical results of the bridge, a new pre-camber setting method based on the long term deformation curve is proposed. Taking an engineering practice as an example, it has been compared with other methods, the result shows that the method has features of clear concept, being consistent with the long deformation curve of the bridge, and not being restricted by the different bridge structure, so references could be provided for the design and construction monitoring of bridges.
