摘    要:本文通过动物实验,用含1%胆固醇饲料喂养家兔,使其产生高脂血症,对肺动脉病理改变及其生化指标的研究结果表明,肺动脉压即使正常,也可以形成显著的肺动脉硬化,其病变呈灶状分布,泡沫细胞在其发展过程中起着重要作用,该细胞来自于平滑肌细胞和巨噬细胞。

Abstract:In this article, we studied the hyper-lipemia of rabbits, which was caused by feeding the rabbits with food containing 1% cholesterol. The pathological changes of pulmonary artery and biochemical examination showed that even if the pressure of pulmonary artery was normal, the localizedatherosclerosis of pulmonary artery could be formed. Foamy cells arising from smooth muscle cells and phagocytes played an important role in the formation of the atherosclerosis of pulmonary artery.
