城市轨道交通能源管理系统标准初探

通过对国内外能源管理系统的研究分析与对比,结合城市轨道交通能源管理工作的实际情况,从能源管理系统的软硬件设计原则、能源计量监测点的选择依据、能源计量器具配置要求以及主要功能模块设计4个方面提出城市轨道交通行业能源管理系统标准框架。最后提出,相关企业应着重从加强能源计量器具配备以及企业自身能源管理考核工作的角度完善标准编制工作。

Preliminary Study on Standard of Energy Management System for Urban Rail Transit

This paper analyzes and compares both domestic and international energy management system at first. Then, considering the actual situation of urban rail transit energy management, the energy management standard framework for urban rail transit is proposed based on 4 perspectives, which are the hardware and software design principles, the choice of monitoring points for energy measurement, the configuration requirements for energy measurement meter, and the main design for functions and modules. Finally, this paper points out that relative enterprises should pay more attention on reinforcing the energy meter equipment and self-examination of energy management to improve the standard work for themselves.
