电控柴油机工况判别和转换策略的仿真研究

摘    要:基于有限状态机理论和欧Ⅲ排放标准,论述了电控单体泵柴油机工况划分依据,介绍了工况判别和转换策略的制定过程与方法。利用Matlab软件中的Simulink和Stateflow工具箱建立了电控柴油机工况判别和转换策略模型,根据柴油机实际运行条件模拟出柴油机各种运行工况,对工况判别和转换策略进行仿真研究。仿真结果与控制策略制定者的意图一致,证明了控制策略的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:According to Finite State Machine theory and Euro_Ⅲ emission standards,classification basis of working condition of electric unit pump diesel engine were discussed.Working ccondition conversion strategies were studied and analysed.The model of working condition conversion strategies was found based on Matlab /Simulink and Stateflow toolbox and simulated according to different working condition.The result of simulation was consistant with the strategy engineer's ideas,which indicated the control strategies was correct and feasible.
