甲醇汽油加入防水添加剂的试验研究

摘    要:分析了M15甲醇汽油在添加防水添加剂和未添加防水添加剂的条件下的储存性能;比较了A,B两种添加剂随温度变化的稳定性;研究了M15甲醇汽油在加入防水添加剂后对非金属材料的溶胀作用。试验结果表明,通过加入防水添加剂,明显改善了M15甲醇汽油的存储性能,并且发现A添加剂具有随温度变化更好的稳定性;通过试验,还筛选出了发动机供油系统中对M15甲醇汽油与添加剂具有抗溶胀作用的零件材料。

Abstract:The storage performance of M15 methanol gasoline under the conditions of waterproof additive and no waterproof additive was analyzed, and the stabilities of A and B additive with temperature were discussed. The swelling action of M15 methanol gasoline mixed with waterproof additive on the nonmetallic material was also researched. The results show that the storage performance of M15 methanol gasoline is obviously improved by adding the waterproof additive. It is found that the A additive has the better stability for temperature variation. Besides these, the parts materials of swelling resistance for M15 methanol and additive in the supply system of engine are selected through the test.
