摘    要:风电系统输出功率的波动性和间歇性——作为制约风电系统大规模并网的关键因素,给电网带来的不利影响越来越受到重视。为了降低风电场并网对电网稳定性的影响,阐述了一种基于超导磁储能装置的风电场功率控制仪。利用仿真软件matlab/simulink对风电并网系统进行了仿真分析,验证了所提出功率控制仪的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:The fluctuation and intermittent with wind power output, as a key factor to connect a large-scale wind power system to grid, which result s in an adverse impact on the power system continues to grow. In order to reduce the net stability impact of the grid. The wind farm power controller based on superconducting magnetic ener- gy storage (SMES) is presented. Based on SMES' s four-quadrant power operation capability and millisecond re- sponse speed, fluctuations in the active and reactive power of a wind farm are compensated, so that grid power rea- ches constant. At last, the validity and feasibility of power controlling instrument is validated by simulation with matlab/simulink.
