| 摘 要： | 汽车滚装是汽车物流的重要形式.我国汽车滚装发展迅猛,但其业务流程较为传统,服务水平难以适应现代物流需求.在调研汽车滚装码头的基础上,对业务流程进行分析.通过仿真建模方法找出流程的瓶颈,提出改进措施,进行业务流程优化,并对再造后的流程进行分析,证明了流程改进的合理性.
