添加Sasobit的沥青胶结料性能分析

摘    要:通过室内试验,探讨了Sasobit添加剂对基质沥青三大指标以及运动粘度的影响规律,并与基质沥青进行了对比分析,发现掺加添加剂后,沥青的针入度、软化点以及降粘幅度随着掺量增加而增加,延度随掺量增加而减小。结果表明,添加温拌剂后,提高了沥青胶结料高温性能,但其低温性能有一定的降低。兼顾性能要求与降粘效果,建议最佳掺量为3%。

Abstract:The impacts of additives on three main index and Brookfield viscometer of matrix asphalt are discussed,and discovered that penetration,softening point and viscosity reducing extent increases with the amount increases of additive,but ductility decreased though the indoor test.The result show that the high temperature performance of asphalt were improved after adding additives,but the low temperature performance was slightly decreased.Both the performance requirements and viscosity effect,suggest that the opt...
