| 摘 要： | 为应对公路频发的气象灾害,做好抗灾决策,采用层次分析法和模糊数学理论建立了公路网抗灾能力综合评价指标体系,详述了具体的评价方法和步骤,探讨了评价结论分析方法和采用回溯分析的反馈研究方法.以杭州市国省干线公路网为例对评价方法进行了实际应用.
