车用制动盘热疲劳现象的研究及解决方法

摘    要:盘式制动器具有良好的制动稳定性和热衰退性,是解决车辆在山区道路连续下坡过程中造成的汽车制动失灵问题的有效方法。通过分析商用车制动盘热疲劳现象产生的主要原因,从材料和结构两方面对常态制动盘进行改进,提出了一种热疲劳性能高的新型商用车用制动盘。经过台架和用户试验验证,在同等条件下,新型制动盘的使用寿命是常态制动盘的3~5倍,相比鼓式制动器用制动鼓的使用寿命也有了大幅提高。

Abstract:The disc brake has good stability and nice fading,which is a good way to avoid brake invalidated,in the case of the heavy truck working on a long hillside.In the text,we analysed the master reasons of the thermal fatigue phenomena,and improved on the material and structure of the nominal disc applied to heavy truck.Finally a new disc applied to heavy truck is put forward in the text.Dynamometer tests and rode tests said that life of the new disc is three or five times longer than the nominal disc's.It is al...
