沙棘总黄酮对离体血管平滑肌的作用

摘    要:沙棘总黄酮可明显对抗KCl、CaCl_2和去甲肾上腺素对离体血管平滑肌的收缩反应,使量效曲线右移,最大反应压低PD_2′值分别是5.79、5.75和5.81。TFH还可明显抑制家兔主动脉条Ca~(2+)内流依赖性收缩。以上结果表明:TFH的血管扩张作用可能与阻滞钙通道有关。

Abstract:Total flavones of hippophase rhamnoides (TFH) inhibited the contraction of isolated rabbit aortic preparations induced by KCl, CaCl_2 and noradrenaline (NE), shifted the dose-response curvesto the right and depressed the maximal response. PD_2' values were 5.79, 5.75 and 5.81 respectively. TFH could also reduce Ca~(2+) -dependent contraction in rabbit aortic preparations. These results suggest that relaxation of vascular smooth muscles caused by TFH may be due to TFH natagonistic effect on transmembrane Ca~(2+) channels.
