大能量冲击下埋地高压燃气管道的动力响应研究

摘    要:近几年城市市政工程施工中经常会遇到高压、超高压燃气管线需要保护,尤其是在管道上方进行结构吊装作业中,构件坠落对管道及其土体的冲击能量巨大,如不正确认识这一过程并采取科学合理的保护措施,将可能引发灾难性事故.结合工程实例,对常见的自重百吨以上的公路预制箱梁吊装过程中发生坠落时,对下方埋地高压燃气管道的动力响应情况进行研究,并提出了明确的管道保护措施,可供类似工程参考.

Abstract:More and more high pressure gas pipelines need protection in municipal engineering construction in recent years, especially when structure lifting operations above the pipe is involved. The fall of parts causes giant impact energy to pipeline and soil, without correct understanding and protection measures of this process, catastrophic accidents may occur. Combining the engineering erection practice of highway prefabricated box girder with more than 100 tons in weight, the dynamic responses of buried gas pipeline are studied during the fall, and clear protection measures are put forward, which can be referred by similar engineering.
