摘    要:传统的鱼雷爆发器多采用波纹管做为水压敏感组件,结构较复杂,精度较低;针对此问题,设计了一种水压膜片检测装置,结构简单,反应灵敏。给出了它的结构组成和作用原理;确定了组成部件的材料;进行了有限元仿真分析。研究结果表明该装置结构简单,反应灵敏,具有应用价值。

Abstract:Bellows are used as water pressure sensitive module in traditional torpedo exploder,which have complicated structure and low precision.Given this problem,a hydraulic pressure diaphragmis device is designed,which has simple structure and reacts sensitivly.Its structure and work principle are given,the material of component parts is defined,the simulation analysis is done.The result indicates that this device has simple structure,reacts sensitivly and possesses the feasibility.
