基于胜任力的培训效果评价分析

摘    要:近年来,胜任力逐渐开始应用于部队官兵教育训练领域。文章在分析胜任力含义的基础上,提出胜任力空间概念。通过将胜任力模型引入到军队人才的培训效果评价中,分析了胜任力模型的构建流程,探索了以胜任力为基础的军队人才培训效果评价模型,以期对军队人才的培训起到积极作用。

Abstract:In recent years,competence gradually began to applied in education training field of officers and soldiers.Based on the analysis of competence meaning,present the concept of space competence.The competence model is introduced to the training effectiveness evaluation of the military talents,and analyzes the construction process of the competence model.Explore the construction process of training effectiveness evaluation model,in order to play a positive role in the training of military talents.
