基于小波包的舵机故障特征提取方法研究

摘    要:舵机是船舶控制的核心部件之一,舵机一旦发生故障,轻则延误航期造成经济损失,重则严重威胁船舶航行安全。设备运行时受外界环境和本身故障等因素的影响,其振动信号中蕴含了丰富的故障信息和非平稳随机信号,故障特征提取是当前智能故障诊断中的重点和难点,它直接关系到诊断结果的准确性与可靠性。提出一种小波包分解的故障特征提取方法,仿真结果表明,该检测方法稳定有效,具有较好的推广性。
