基于虚拟仪器的步进电机控制系统设计

摘    要:本文以虚拟仪器技术为理论基础,应用LabVIEW软件实现了步进电机控制系统的设计。文章详细介绍了采用LabVIEW编程和数据采集卡的数字I/O口来实现控制步进电机的正转、反转和加减速功能的过程。系统具有良好的软件交互界面和良好的实时性,可以根据需要实时对步进电机运行速度进行设置。经验证明,该系统具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:In this paper,virtual instruments technology is as a foundation.The design of the stepping motor control system based on the LabVIEW is given.The Posi-Nega Rotation and acceleration-deceleration control of stepper motor are achieved by LabVIEW programming and the digital I/O port of data acquisition card.The System has a fine software interface and good real-time.It can adjust real-timely the stepping motor running speed according to setting needs.The test showed that the system has certain practical value.
