摘    要:介绍外部加热闭式循环往复式发动机监测与诊断系统的组成及功能以及系统工作原理,其中故障诊断子系统采用了故障树和专家诊断相结合的方法对故障发生机理进行分析,实例表明,管理者可及时、准确、迅速地排除故障。

Abstract:The composition,functions and the working principle of the developed monitoring and diagnosis system of the reciprocating engine are introduced.The system can measure the real-time performance parameters online and the instantaneous angular speed of the reciprocating engine,and diagnose the faults by combining the fault tree analysis with the expert system method.The system was verified to be able to diagnose and removal the troubles in time accurately.
