离子交换铵盐再生工艺试验研究

摘    要:在用离子交换剂对低压锅炉炉外补水进行处理时,采用NH4Cl一种再生剂顺序再生阴阳两种离子交换树脂.实验结果表明:在节约再生剂的同时,对实验用水处理后水的硬度降至0.03mol/L以下,含盐量降低约8%,炉水在加热过程中含盐量进一步降低44%,碱度降低83%.

Abstract:The experiment studied a new process that was one regenerant named NH4Cl orderly regenerated anion-cation ion exchange resin when make-up water in outside of low-pressure boiler was treated. The resuits of experiment showed that the method could not only save regenerant but also reduce evaporation residue to 8% and decreased hardness of the experimental water to less than 0. 03 mmol/L. After water in boiler being heated,the satiny and alkalinity degraded 44% and 83% respectively.
