模具开发中的协同设计与科学管理

摘    要:介绍了协同设计的基本概念,在分析公司模具部新产品开发现状的前提下,指出了其协同设计的必要性与可行性。以模具部CAM科上下游关系为基础,构筑了模具开发协同的工作模式。分析了CAM科与产品开发部门的协同设计、与CAD科的协同设计、与模具NC班组之间的协同科学管理,以及模具CAM科内部的协同设计与科学管理过程。包括模具CAM科3D造型任务的协同管理,模具CAM科NC编程的系统设计及管理措施,以及3D造型和NC编程的协同问题。此外,分析了突发情况时的冲突消解及协同设计与管理系统的动态维护性问题,并展望了模具协同开发以后的改进方向。

Abstract:The basic concept of collaborative design is introduced. On the basis of analyzing new product development status in tooling department and the upstream and down-stream of tooling development, the importance of collaborative design is pointed out and a collaborative working method of new-mould design is set up. Collaborative design between CAM division and all the other teams, such as product design department,tool CAD division, and tool NC team are summarized. Meanwhile, collaborative management within CAM division is also preferred, which include the collaboration in 3D modeling, NC programming, and NC programming with 3D modeling. In the end, collision resolving and dynamic maintenance are also preferred, and the development direction of collaborative design of tooling development is prospected.
