地铁车辆辅助逆变器DC/DC 高频隔离电路的设计与分析

摘    要:介绍了一种地铁车辆辅助逆变器使用的DC/DC高频隔离电路,其在超前臂上并联谐振电容器以实现零电压开关,在变压器二次侧采用辅助回路以实现滞后臂的零电流开关,从而实现DC/DC全桥电路的零电压零电流软开关。仿真和样机实验结果验证了该电路的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:It presents a DC/DC high frequency isolated circuit for metro vehicle auxiliary inverter. Resonance capacitor is paralleled in the leading leg to realize ZVS(zero voltage switch). An auxiliary circuit is designed in the secondary side of transformer to realize ZCS(zero current switch), and then ZVZCS (zero voltage zero current switch) soft switch of full bridge is realized. Simulation and prototype experimental results verify the validity and practicability of the proposed circuit.
