某跨铁路转体斜拉桥设计研究

摘    要:不对称孔跨转体斜拉桥,同常规斜塔桥相比其施工控制过程较复杂、技术难度较大,需关注其结构支撑体系、下塔墩截面设计、穿塔段构造、转体系统等问题。文中以跨庐山站立交工程主桥99 m+244 m+110 m双塔单索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥为例,通过对结构体系、下塔墩截面形式、转体系统的对比分析和塔墩梁固接构造处的受力分析,选择塔墩梁固结体系、双薄壁下塔墩设计、钢绞线拽拉式转体系统,以及合适的塔墩梁固结段构造,主桥采用BIM正向设计。

Abstract:Compared with the conventional cable-stayed bridge,the construction control process and the technology of the unsymmetrical spans cable-stayed bridge is more complex and difficult.It's necessary to pay attention to the structural supporting system,the section design of lower pylon pier,the structure of piercing tower section and the swivel system,etc.Taking the span arrangement of(99+244+110)m of main bridge of Lushan station interchange project,which is a prestressed concrete rotational cable-stayed bridge with double pylons and single cable plane,as an example,the research chooses the rigid fixity system of pylon,pier and girder,the double thin-wall piers design,the steel strand hauling swivel systemand suitable consolidation section structure of pylon,pier and girder by the comparative analysis of structure system,section form of lower plyon pier and swivel system.The main bridge adopts BIM forward design.
